KITCHEN                             

This superb open plan kitchen has stunning black granite worktops, a SMEG ridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and double sized gas oven.
There is also a utility rooam attached with a washing machine, clothes dryer and an additional sink.

DINING ROOM

In the unlikely event that you grow tired of the wide variety of cuisines Scotland’s restaurants have to offer, the open plan dining room will comfortably seat up to ten people. (Childrens highchair also available)

SUN ROOM

The large sun room has windows on all sides giving lovely views over large decking area and hot tub

BEDROOMS

We have 2 Master Suites, one of which has a Superking Bed and sofa bed, there is also space for a cot, the second suite has a walk in wardrobe, and two single beds which can be made in to a Superking. All other bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and single beds, again these can be made into super king. The property therefore has 10 beds, 2 child cots, 1 sofa bed. Soft linen is provided and each bed has luxury duvets, pillows and bed toppers.
